Joel and Erica Hartsell

 

While working with Marion County Public Health Department’s Commercial Sex Worker Project, Joel felt God’s calling to open a drop-in center for these women. In February of 2013, Joel and his wife Erica put this vision into action. It is their hope that Agape Alliance will provide a place of unconditional love to women that have been exploited by the sex industry.
